Katie Haughton

Katie Haughton is a young photographer whose work interrogates the authenticity of the photographic portrait and its representation of the individual by inviting the viewer to question the true meaning of photography. Alongside this, Katie is also unraveling the structure of architecture and how the use of light and angles, create a landscape that compliments and expands the skyline.

With a keen eye for a bold and striking use of color, Katie’s work seduces the viewer into a deeper relationship with the image through a clinical and minimalistic approach, concentrating on shooting from below.
